At Bachpan, children under the age group of 2 to 5 years learn through live examples, virtually. This is enchanting indeed! Traveling to places sitting in a classroom is possible with the VR head gears. The 3D viewing experience & the practicality associated to theoretical places make concepts easy to understand.
In playgroup, we let children play & explore their surroundings. The crucial skills such as greeting, expression & communication are taught in this stage. Child is made comfortable in the school environment & focus is development of fine motor skills.
In this age group, the primary focus is on building critical thinking abilities & general cognitive development. This starts with identifying colors, numbers, patterns, shapes & understanding qualities & quantities of various objects around them.
Language skills become very crucial in this age group. We teach language effectively through various activities like storytelling, role play, recitations & much more. What they speak will lay down the foundation of what they will write in future.
Writing skills become important in UKG. We teach cursive writing to the kids & focus on correct formation of letters & alphabets both in English & Hindi. Concept of numbers in basic Mathematics is also introduced at this stage of learning.
Aarvi has shown too much improvement in the past 2.5 years after joining Bachpan Play School both in terms of Academics as well as other curriculum activities. we really like the personal attention given by Bachpan staff and management to every students. My daughter is in LKG now. She has been with BACHPAN PANATHUR from Nursery. When she has joined Bachpan she was very nice without any knowledge of how to mingle with other kids, no knowledge of basic alphabets, numbers, etc but now I have seen a lot of improvement in her either be it Academics or her social skills or her fearlessness on stage, she has improved in all areas. She has also received first prize in "Speak on Stage" activity such was her progress I give all the credit to our teachers principal mam for guiding and supporting and encouraging her throughout and also I want to give a special mention to non teaching staff and Caretakers. Here my daughter has the nausea feeling so we scared to avail transport facilities but the caretakers took good care of her. She used to vomit literally everyday but they have been very patient with her, till she got used to the Van. I am really thankful to everyone in Bachpan and also the Academics wise I find the syllabus is perfectly design to suit the young Minds.
